same basically, is they never passed a law/amendment making it explicitly legal at the federal level, but random states have made it legal in various respects(some have to dr prescription, some recreationally, some special state card with dr prescription for use at random pot stores instead of specific pharmacy things) and the states also are who determine what is `essential business` as in what they allow people to still work, as opposed to just tell you to stay at home and die or `get a new job loser` ---

although this does fit the rest of nvidias business practices, when you cant make shit yourself just buy the company that did make it see: 3dfx, ageia etc most the previous tegra chips got rekt by qualcomm so you know buy arm to try to strong arm qualcomm etc, if you cant beat em make em pay you licensing fees ---
