Then it’s even more lifetime for you.
I mean, on the grand scale it’s not even a drop in the ocean which makes it even more amazing how far we as humans have come with developing technology.

Considering that most of our advancements have been in the last 200 years. Yep.

Both good and bad.
Like the atomic bomb. The research and development that went into it are incredible. The use not so much.

weird thing is after the development of the Atomic bomb is and a lot of people tried to find peaceful uses for it which were not very well thought out or idiotic at best, like a German who had an idea to create a lake in the Sahara by using nukes to form a canal from the Mediterranean or the US planning a similar thing in Alaska setting off a bunch of nukes near Cape Thompson to build a harbor in the middle of no where all discounting the fact that the Nuclear fallout would still be present there today if it ever happened.
