there in also lies the problem is that tea here is usually specifically made with the local water supply in mind. some teas just don’t taste good depending on the type of water there and we make tea to compensate for that but even then good tea in shit water is still better.
how much? That’s daylight robbery for tea.

Its plenty fine for cooking where im at because massive aquifer that farms are draining away without second thought so were gonna be fucked here pretty quickly.
It just doesnt taste like water is the hard part to nail down. Can get a glass or two down before my body goes like “what the fuck do you call this?”. Hard to describe. The person im staying with had a brita pitcher filter but im 100% conviced its not filtering shit. Water flows through it as fast as it comes out of the sink plus the filter status thing has no conceivable way to even get a idea of how much your actually using the filter
about $0.05 per teabag but shit is so weak it takes almost 2-3 bags for something that actually has taste.
