bunch of times the price drops pretty fast for games, ex: mafia 3 is still 29.99 on steam right now still like 10$ for new on amazon so like steam 66% off but thats the normal price not the limited time only buy shit right now sale price
here atleast, the basic copies of retail drop in price as they get tired storing them/people dont buy them, the digital copies dont until the publisher says to lower the price
Not during sales, though. And I very rarely buy if there isn’t at least a 50% discount…years later when the games are already dirt cheap. But by then you’re gonna have a hard time finding retail versions of them in stores for a good price.
ye but if the game you want does go on sale waiting forever some times/can only buy it when steam decides to not be a dick for one weekend
