Engine Fact on Kingdom Come: I decided to find out which version of CryEngine the game is using. According to HardOCP they are using CryEngine 3 but Wikipikidia has it listed as V. For Perspective Prey was CryEngine 4. Now does it matter what version of the engine it is? Yes.
It affects features the engine can use and how well optimized it is.
CryEngine 3 was what was used to make Crysis 2.
CryEngine V [As of 5.4] has Vulkan Api built in.
I haven’t played the game yet so I can’t say for sure yet which version of the CryEngine it is. When I get a more firm answer I’ll get back to you.

So it turns out the fedora version of wine is really outdated XD. latest dev branch is 3.2 while fedora 27 is still on 2.20

hmm I find that really strange that 27 is that far behind, maybe the latest version is unstable on Fedora?
just think its fedoras over exaggeration on stability playing into effect
