Any NDA applied to a product that has already launched was voided on the day the product was made available to the public. A pre-release NDA is only valid in regards to any information before the specified date.
So for Ryzen 7 that NDA ended March 2, 2017 at 9AM. (Had to look at my NDA papers to remember the date…)
I signed an external NDA on top of all that; which was the Red Team Plus … Agreement? Or similar title. Which was strange and I dont know why in the first place but still.
The wording of it was strange. Iirc it is valid until 5 years after date of signed, or until void. But I’d have to double check.
Still not sure if the reviewers kit for ryzen is still under NDA tho. The PDF and all that which was given pre-release.
I would read their wording more carefully. That sounds like it could be a non-compete agreement that you signed, in which case your “going to focus on your own content” is exactly what you signed on not to do.
No that’s all public. The non-watermarked materials were made public on the launch date, and all specifications revealed therein.

Definitely was not a noncompete though; they never paid me or anything like that. Also Those have very specific wording and so on.

Space Project report:
6 pages written. The main character does finally speak. However you as the reader get the sense she didn’t want to ever speak. It was only after Horror Suspense Event happened…
Yes That is why I said kinda is space sci fi.
I love horror suspense. I didn’t want to tell you that is what I’m actually writing until I got the the first of many planned events. I wasn’t sure if I could pull off the event in a none cheesy way. It was tricky but I did.
The reader hasn’t learned the reason why she has been reluctant to speak. I am going to reveal that near the end of the first chapter.
How long will the chapter be? Honestly no clue. I have no outline for this. I have ideas for the horror suspense but not when they occur. I’m also writing this out by hand so there is no telling how long or short it will be when I type it.
Am I going to work on this on the weekend?
Yes. I have to write in it everyday and I want to. I’ll spend an hour on Saturday and an hour on Sunday writing in it.
I’ll be resuming writing on Sam’s Wasteland Within on Monday after work.

One Director potential is Edgar Wright… yes I’d love to see Edgar Wright make a Bond film. Did you know I’ve never seen Antman because Edgar Wright wasn’t allowed to do what he wanted so Marvel/Disney had someone else direct. I never will nor its sequel.

yep reading that article almost made me sick, how can you proclaim to pre-order cards without anything other than Nvidias marketing and numbers. it goes against all the conventional wisdom and is just bad for the consumer if they do that.

In other news; not only did I find a possible buyer for my van (even with the transmission ded) I also found a reasonably good deal on an 84 Thunderbird. Yeah its a shitty 80s car but because of that the price is low for a seemingly great condition car. But I’ll check it out first before deciding one way or the other.
In other news I guess I’m going to a bachelor party later today as one of my dads friends is having one lol. Can finally get rid of my cheapo cigars LuL.
