Can someone give me a quick TL;DR about it so I can move on? Missed almost all of the stream (only watched bit about Totalbiscuit) and have no idea what was mentioned on the WAN Show or the LTT forums.
YouTube possibly changed their content id system to be more sensitive and lately there have been a lot of automatic content id claims on videos from LTT on behalf of their MCN an people went public with it as LTT are are evil company trying to get people down instead of issuing a false claim and it all blowup from there.

Youtube content IDed some peoples stuff and instead of asking them “Yo what the fuck?” they instead went public with it. Was 100% automated and linus wasnt even aware of it until it was too late.

YT’s fault or LTT’s fault for letting it run automated and not checking what it catches?
