That’s how it’s meant to be, particularly with cgdct anime. One may occasionally stand out, or be the cause of something, but usually the story relies on the group rather than any 1 person.
In fact, many of Yuru Yuri’s jokes rely on the lack of presence of akari. Quite a fun angle to take for dealing with the "mc"and Yuru Yuri does it well.
i couldnt tell you the number of people ive heard that have wanted to become a youtuber with NO clue what is required. The barrier for entry keeps becoming higher and higher
You have just described my sister and all her friends, They all want to be like their favorite youtubers and for the most part think its easy and have no idea about what goes on behind the cameras.
All they see are the ones that have made it not the several thousands that have tried and failed. Takes most youtubers 5-6 years before they can go full time and during that 5-6 years they have to manage what is basically 2 full times jobs along with sleep and eating.
Yes, YouTube is a lot of work with little or no return and just growing the audience is hard enough right now let alone the editing, recording, script writing, and a ton of other things that go with that but now YouTube plugged the plug on small creators it will be next to impossible to get anywhere now.
i mean the one good thing out of all of this is that the ones who are gonna make it are the ones that do it for fun instead of the asshats who expect to make a job out of it
That is true. I’ve always maintained if you want to do YouTube or Twitch or basically anything you should do it because you enjoy it and not to make it your job. people can easily tell and its those people that usually fail.
Same applies to writing fiction. I do love and enjoy writing fiction. If I end up making a profit on one of the stories great. All I care about is if one reader liked the story or not.
precisely, if you are creating anything and putting it out there it should always be a labor of love, something you enjoy and want to share with others.
