Oops 
Stopped in some place called Cameron Iowa, took a 4 hour nap. Now heading to Minnesota, will see how far I get today.
Also used the seats tiring into a bed feature. Works ok.

but this kinda interesting going 8 core ccx, which would be nice on desktop applications(less sup partitions/latency between the 4 and other 4 cores in the 8 core etc, and then possibly higher cache allowance for lower core parts(assuming no defects/how many ‘slices’ or whatever of the memory there is to be able to fuse off say 1/2 for the quad/6 core configurations) like having 4 core with 32mb of l3 instead of 16 could be doable
besides probably easier to play with windows scheduler having 1/2 the subdivisions, might be bumping laptop up to upto 8 cores(unless they have a separate ccx for apus, but they could just do another die for the gpu theoretically)

In Faribault now, about 2.5 to 3.5 hours to home. So far so good other than having to add a quart of oil.
