Heres something that kinda shocked me with my new job and is kinda insider information XD
Whenever you get put on a long hold a few different things are happening.
- They are just rude and talking to their friend
- Waiting on a reply from a higher up
- They are calling another call center and are getting help XD

I know this to be the case 100%. when my brother done calls there was another site somewhere in London that were shit and they kept calling the one up here whenever they got stuff wrong. worse part in that is the call stats up here sucked because they spent soo much time sorting out the other places crap lol.

Pretty much. we were never taught claims and some billing information so its been hard figuring out that information

Your were never taught how to handle it or donât have access to that information directly? Arenât those like the two most important things in a call centre that handles medical insurance?
were never taught claims and touched on the billing information. Couldnt go super in depth as the payment system has no âdemoâ mode and is ALWAYS live information and real accounts. Plus calls are not being recorded at all when the payment system is being accessed.
Was told we would transfer to claims but when i got on the floor i was told no such thing exsisted XD

that seems a little short sighted for a medical insurance place like how are you meant to process people on the phone without knowing how to handle the claims.
lol thats just asking for somebody to either break or fuck up someones account or information during training. you should never test in production unless you like to live very dangerously.
I guess that is good for security reasons as to not expose billing information in an insecure format? but not so good for training as your mentors/etc canât find if you did anything wrong and correct it?
like you were going to be in the claims department but isnât isnât one and instead its more everyone does everything? do the people doing the training know how stuff works on the main floor lol?
also maybe switch tip for anyone who cares.

yep it works great with the pro controller too. its how I usually turn it on if Iâm using the controller so I donât have to reach for the power button on the Switch its self.

In other news: Activision-Blizzard sided with China via revoking the price money of a Hearthstone player and banned him from tournaments for 1 year after he made his support for Hong Kong know in an interview. Topics are getting taken down from the official forums and Reddit. Also, the 2 announcers who interviewed him got allegedly fired.
It was kinda possible with the wii but ive had mixed luck with it. Never had a wii U but ive met a fair few switch owners who complain about having to power it on manually everytime
