got it all back together except the bolt. which is a massive cunt to put back together, because of course the one little part has to line up exactly to have it work properly so eventually i just gave up for now lol. still, its clean anyway
also the bolt, in one of the attempts to put it together, decided to bite me which was annoying
otherwise finally going to full time hours on next wed so thats going to be nice for training. how about you all?

Amusing part is the gun has the hole for the 98 style disassembly and yet it’s not useful. Meh.

on 98 is just compress the main spring with the bolt shroud or whatev with the safety in it
then just put cocking piece on rotate 90 degrees flip safety to middle position before let it up, otherwise have to compress it back down to get the safety past fire/hold it cocked
then just thread that into the bolt body
Is annoying because the firing pins got to be just the right way or it doesn’t work
ye looks more annoying, in 98 safety just cams under the cocking piece bit which just holds the end of the firing pin
cept 7 and 8 you just leave in the shroud(3) outside maybe once in awhile/if you paranoid after firing corrosive and wanna douse everything or something

The only annoying part is really lining up the firing pin; everything else is easy. But without lining the thing up the safety is pointing the wrong direction/action as well so even if it fits it wouldn’t work. Which is mildly infuriating, first time I thought I was done, nope, then looked up that video and I was like. Oh.

Most of those sticks are 15-20 bucks each.
