Meanwhile I have something in the neighborhood of 1200 hours on WoT lel
Also 600 some on Warthunder.
Because planes and tanks I guess?

Good thing it’s only the vanilla content…imagine how much you’d spend in it with 6 expansions.

On an unrelated note the progressive rate switch keyboard I got and was expecting to arrive Monday showed up today so that’s cool. Will see how it is whenever I get done with work lol (30 mins maybe 45 probably but maybe longer?)

Could be terrible, could be awesome I have no idea as its a fairly uncommon switch.

Also unrelated; so far of all the listings I looked through in the past few hours found about 3 interesting/real ones on Alibaba.
That said I’m on mobile which is harder to sort so.

That said it is BNIB which is cool. Even has a dust cover lol

using the keyboard and i have to say it’s quite odd
kindof like MX blacks or other linear switches but it’s also really not. as the switch starts off quite lightly and it progressively gets heavier. Still getting used to where the thing actuates (i.e. where it needs to be to actually register the letter/symbols). Also the tiny backspace takes a bit of getting used to again lol
overall a bit wierd but I kind of like the thing so far. Makes a very unique noise which I’ll try to get a video/recording of if possible. Unlike any I’ve tried yet noise wise.

also has a fairly interesting profile keycaps.

i just had the most evil and possibly the greatest idea ever.

A cryptocurrency based around AES encryption. The miners compete to find the solution for a AES key. The miner who solves the AES key gets awarded some coins. The coins can be used to search through a database of previously cracked keys and/or requesting a key to be cracked.

IF the coin caught on then you have the potential of exhausting the AES keyspace highly unlikely but youll burn through ALOT of keys

That is a very interesting and devious way to do crypto. the difficulty on that would be insane

2 things would be sure. the coin would be stupidly expensive and the government agencies couldnt throw enough money at it XD

lel inb4 almost the entire currency is almost entirely under the control of world governments all competing to break AES.

you joke about that but the government wouldnt be building the miners. they would be the one paying the miners. imagine the government trying to compete against the bitcoin blockchain. would cost too much money

lmfao if the MOQ wasn’t so high I’d buy some of these
rofl

also this

That is actually a very good point. sorta of if you crack a key its almost as good as a bounty to some government agency somewhere.

im not sure if this is a great or terrible idea lol

Can’t it be both

its great in the fact that 25% of the keyspace exhausted is 75% of keys used XD.

its bad in the fact that we could make AES insecure to the point where a new standard would have to be found
