yep. add equal part flour by weight with some milk. Season with salt and pepper and you get grease gravy. Best paired with corn, mashed potatoes and schnitzel.

we dont use alot of oil when we fry it. just enough to cover it halfway. It also makes alot which is fine because you go through it fast when you’re putting it on everything
