yea sorta it depends though, usually also have stuff todo during the day so don’t sleep that much either.
I usually sleep from like 6-7AM to about 12-1PM because usually have stuff todo but sometimes oversleep. on weekends though is probably like 6AM to 9AM because everybody is too loud for me to sleep then.
I have a completely normal sleep schedule I go to bed between 10 and 11pm and I get up at 6am every day.
