Yep, it’s just analytics that hint to you that there’s a problem.
it will tell you that the drive is having a hard time reading data but it has no way of knowing if the controller on the drive is bad. If the controller is bad then you cant even trust smart data
The funny part of it was I could read and write with no errors, but if was power off partition table would be lost, but in the end I got a 500GB coaster.
I would have just kept another drive with a copy of the partition layout. Security through obscurity.
data is still there and something like photorec could recover them
I found the drive on a self in my high school computer club the was going to use it for a Linux system, but couldn’t. It had nothing but system and test files on it anyways, nothing worth recovering.

What do I mean by approach? Mindset or how to think it/critical thinking basically. This a guide/thread I’ve been thinking about writing for sometime, it’ll come after the ReShade one goes live [cause that should go live by next saturday.]. I’m a tinkering/troubleshooter/problem-solver. You’ve seen me talk about my problem with the wi fi with debian yet I knew if I hunkered down and looked into it I would find the solution. I think a guide like this would be fun to write.
I’m not sure if I’m hungry because I need food or hungry because I don’t want to do stats homework.
Sounds good and could be helpful to a lot of people, I’m also a problem-solver by nature but I don’t always take the most logtical approach some of the time and will be interesting to see how your mind works when tackling different problems.
Its both
If you ever wonder what ever happened to Brendan Fraser you could read this really long article if you want:
TLDR- LOTS Happened.
I completely forgot about him. Last thing of his I remember watch was Journey to the Center of the Earth. I like that movie I should watch it again sometime.
so i might be getting a car here pretty soon
Nice having your own car would be great. all the places you could go
yep. it gets 50+ MPG so its going to be really nice.
is a '93 geo metro
Nice that MPG ain’t too bad at all. does it have a lot of miles/is it in fairly good shape?
no idea. have not looked at it yet. If i get a job then im gonna put a fair bit of work into it like changing plugs, new tires, brakes, etc
Its not unheard of for people to get 70+ MPG though
neat hopefully it isn’t too bad. getting a car like this and fixing it up would be great little project , could actually be a really awesome car if you put the work in.
yep. would be great for just driving around. I love night driving and knowing me i would probably just drive around for hours on end without a care XD
yeah that sounds like fun, just cruising around without a care in the world.
