But more seriously I honestly couldn’t care less if there’s another elder scrolls at this point. I enjoy modding skyrim and all but the time for a sequel has long since past.
And there’s so many better RPGs now than anything that Bethesda might do; lol. For example Kingdom Come Deliverance.
Unless they pull a Doom level of reboot I don’t see how a TES VI could be any good.
Pretty much remaking morrowind in a new area with a better engine.

Skyrim was the last. And I’m not interested in Doom, Fallout, Wolfenstein, The Evil Within and Dishonored.
I even have a problem buying The Day of the Tentacle Remake cause DoubleFine and Tim Schafer.
Ubisoft can suck it and so can EA. Microsoft too. Konami is obvious.
TL;DR morrowind makes skyrim look like a boring RPG. The people have personality and political views with opinions that change depending on what youve done and whose side youve taken

Ive been a fan of capcom after playing remember me. Was so cool seeming actually try and do something new and unique instead following the same basic formula that every other companie follows

I played morrowind for about 10 hours and because the only other thing I’ve played by bethesda is skyrim I found it annoying to deal with at best and at worst confusing as shit lol
Never really got into the story because figuring how in the actual fuck to get around took 2 hours by itself rofl

Their PC ports are hit and miss. RE4 HD wasn’t really HD texture-wise and neither was the latest RE remake.
Haven’t played DmC yet but I really liked the first one for PS2.
Monster Hunter World is on my radar. Needs to be seen if my interest in it holds on long enough until it gets released on PC.
But Dead Rising got a lot of criticism after 2 I think (including changing voice actors, fps capped PC ports and steering away from the original).
btw, fuck Dead Rising. I want a remaster and PC port of the Onimusha games!

Trust me. It took me weeks to get into the mindset that you need for that game but once i did the game felt much more alive compared to skyrim. Quests and events actually affected the world beyond the occasional remark from the guards that you see in skyrim. The world felt more natural because you cant just fast travel to your location. You have learn the public transportation system and how to get around safely.
Plus the main quest line was actually fun and didnt feel like it was just trying to rush you along. It even requires you to go explore the world before you can even really start it
The only quest line that actually changes the world in a decent way is the civil war quest line but even then it was fairly meh

RE was what rang in the era of survival horror games. I always liked the rivalry between RE and Silent Hill. Too bad Konami didn’t get vaccinated, so that’s over.

Running enough I have all the old doom and quake games tho as they were on sale for like $10 for all of them sooo
But yeah. I like playing with modding skyrim and beyond that its fantastically meh game wise.

The combo based combat. While extremely broken was extremely fun to play and made the game really fun. Wish there was more remixing scenes though
