I just havent felt like messing with the older hardwarw I have as I a) dont have room and b) it would require a lot of work and time and I don’t give a shit about actually using the older hardware because outside of running games natively that I could just emulate on my main rig theres no point lol

Oh and I havent felt like selling it so.

Though I still want to find a working terminal just so I can make it be my twitch chat because reasons but that’s only semi related lol

And yes both of my terminals are broken sadly. Oh well they were basically free so meh?

Modern stuff can usually do it better while being smaller (at the same specs) and use less power (more efficient).

Pretty much yup. Unless its janky hardware like apple devices pre Intel but who cares ablut anything that was on that platform lol.
But yeah old hardware is a lot of work for very little use. So is why i generally ignore it. Unless it’s semi recent GPUs that are still sonewhat capable I.e. 6970s or stuff like that. Because of the gpu apocalypse as some people call it lol.

Or old consoles. If you have them and they work, why not use them instead of fabercobbling an emulation machine?

Theres versions of qemu and some others for it, it would seem. No idea how well it works though as I don’t dabble in those things.

To play and stream Holdfast or set up my downstairs area again and/or also get the 2400g ready. Hmm. I think ill try to do the downstairs area thing and then … Not sure. As that will take a lot of cleaning and setup and putting up insulation but then will be able to move all my streaming stuff down there again and stream/game whenever without bothering people so. Also will then be able to have my epic sound system again :smiley:
And maybe will do 2400G but depends on how long cleaning and stuff takes.

At least 2 years or so ago there were warnings about X360 emulators cause there was no such thing and all the downloads were just viruses.

There’s now and supposedly has been for some time. I’m guessing its because of the rise of Qemu and similar so legit Xbox emulators popped up as well.

Because I for one don’t have a real camera lol and twitch doesnt do streaming from phones afaik so.
Also because y tho

And no @thediddilyhorror I don’t do that kind of thing in general lol let alone stream it.
