Yeah programming was never a big focus and more of an after thought in the UK back then, things are different now though and there are coding competitions and stuff which is nice. I think I remember you doing that last year, hopefully you’ll come out on top this time.

i was a 1 person team though. everyone else had atleast 2 people todo 5 problems in like 1.5 hours

damn second place even outnumbered is impressive. were the problems worked on linearly or were you just thrown at you and you had within them to just do them? other teams could’ve totally worked on different problems at once.

you were given all 5 problem at once and you could work on them in any order you choose.

Im thinking most of the people their thought the problems were gonna be shit from projecteuler and not actual CS problems because thats the only explanation that makes sense XD

yep could see that happening, projecteuler is good and all but only really teaches you the basics and not how to solve real CS problems, it isn’t a very good basis for practical programming if its all you’ve done.

meh. I tend to actually be up and awake at night anyway and i dont ever need to goto the store often so its not that bad

Meh. There’s not really an overnight shift here (well there is but only sometimes) so 1pm to 11pm closing is … A long time lol.
Opening is always 4.50 am to 1pm (or 2pm sometimes).

But other places are different.

Also will be streaming a lot now. At least hopefully anyway. As I have the time now and an actual set weekendish and all that.
Also I do really like streaming games and such just haven’t kept doing the things I need to to grow the channel lol… I know what I need to do but I just havent been doing it. Will change that.

First is going to be deciding a schedule thats more or less set, so will see on that.

Oh also I may be working on doing stream highlight videos for YT but not sure on that. Takes quite some time to do but I definitely need the editing practice lol so
