After sleeping some I think I get this now. So the main character has this power and before any major event in their life they get a vision of three possible outcomes based on the decision they take of all the instances in their life that it has any meaningful effect over up until their death, however these visions are completely random and all or none of them could be useful to the character in deciding which path to take. Should they go forward choosing one of these outcomes knowing with certainty how it will play out whatever the consequences or decide to choose a different path ignoring the visions and go forward with uncertainty. Once more these visions in giving glimpses of events with the decision also hint at other events and people in their life and how the future is shaped around them which is too much for them to bare.
I’m also aware that this might also not make much sense as I’m not very good at explaining myself XD

Quantum Break the game actually kinda of has this. It is a very interesting concept. Granted the way the game did it is slightly different.

Yes is very interesting and as you said could have fun coming up with all kinds of weird situations for them to deal with and particularly with character development and how they react to such events and their changing view of the shifting world and people around them as they stumble down a potentially dark path before them.

Yep. The general idea is fairly flexiable. Could do anything from a serious comedy, to a super hero movie, or even a tragedy

I acutally a very good point, The main arcing theme is the powers the character has but could build the story around an entirely different world and set of events. Would be quite interesting as even though the concept is similar the super hero story and the tragedy would play out very differently and have their own set tone.

Dunno. Never liked them, though. Annoyed the hell out of me as a kid. Which one’s the correct one? All that “do what YOU like” stuff in general. “Helping developing decision making abilities” and shit like that.

I’m not ever getting a Vega unless its at retail, and even then probably not lol.
The one exception is the above noted Sapphire one but even at MSRP of $660 its a bit of a stretch considering custom 1080s (which perform about the same) cost $600 at most. And thats even currently on eBay, on Reddit/hardware swap 1080s are $500-600 so.
