Pure speculation:
Cooperative Fallout. Not an MMO but you can play with your friend. The game will still have a story. Since it is cooperative this could mean going forward all the rpgs they make will have co op… but you can still play it alone.

Potential Problems:
Mods… maybe. Everyone mods Bethesda RPGs on PC. With online this brings up potential issues… if you and your friend don’t have the exact same mods this would be a problem. Curious to see how Bethesda tackles this.

What I do know:
Slightly Updated Fallout 4 Engine. Online Bits.

What I want:
To be next Sunday June 17 so e3 will be over and I’ll know what happened.

the solution is simple. it just enables the mods that everyone shares and everything else is disabled

could also be context aware about “visual” mods like ENBs, texture upgrades, better gui, etc. It knows what is and isnt client side

A co-op Fallout game doesn’t sound so bad to me but I’m also fairly skeptical of it and how exactly it’ll work within the game. Fallout and by extension ES (ignoring the MMO) were never meant to be multiplayer and both from a story and trying to handle the context of it with multiple or single players and gameplay standpoint with stuff such as V.A.T.S that could break things massively. still I guess we’ll find out soon enough.

Yeah VATS is the giant WHAT THE F ARE THEY GOING TO DO WITH THIS IN ONLINE GAME? … Unless VATS doesn’t exist yet… This Fallout is supposedly the earliest in the timeline. So?

True it is supposed to be the earliest in the timeline but then again V.A.T.S is still vault tech built into the pip-boy which was pre-war so that doesn’t really make sense to remove it.

welp… the headphone port on the front of my case is fucked… that’s what I get for buying a $30 case I guess. So now I need something to connect the headphones to the rear of the computer but the cable isn’t long enough. I suppose I’ll just get a new, longer cable.

I would get a dac but I think I’m out of usb ports and don’t want to bother getting a hub. It’s not that big a deal since the cable is removable and just a 3.5mm cable. I’ll just pick up a 6ft cable and call it a day.

Preacher Season 3 comes out June 23…
The show is pretty true to the source comics and it is a solid show. Looking forward to the new season.
