Rapid fire thoughts on Bethesda e3 2018:
Exterme concern for DOOM Infinite.
Wolfenstien Coop, yeah I’d be alright with it.
Rage 2, pass.
Fallout 76. I want to know about mods. I wouldn’t play this with random. I’d likely end up playing it with my gaming clan.
Prey. Woot free update for new game plus. Now I can play the game forever. Yes I will be getting the DLC.
Teasers for ES6 and Starfield. Meh.

They showed a bunch of gameplay footage of it, some light pvp, questing, base building, raids on nuclear launch sites and other stuff with a group of other players. It was mostly split up into sections and there doesn’t seem to be gameplay trailer for it yet though.

Other important news from e3
Ninja Theory is now owned by Microsoft.
Ninja Theory made Hellblade.
They have put out a video that explained Microsoft would not interfere with them at all and they could make whatever they want.
Wait and see.

Bad move overall.
The games either end up being XBox exclusive or sold on PC through that retarded Windows Store.
Sad for the developers but I’ll ignore those games entirely.

Yeah I understand and am still concerned. However I’m still going to wait and see how it plays out.

On a separate note I am tempted to get Fallout 76 and play it like my character was a Judge from Judge Dredd. Only tempted though.

Those studios should be worried. Fable was a great series and MS found it to be important enough to get writers for books (3x novels + 3x shorts). And yet they cancelled Fable Legends and closed Lionhead Studio in seemingly the blink of an eye.

This move could also possibly damage Ninja Theory’s reputation (from the “beloved indie dev that brought us Hellblade, ray of light for indie devs to take on big budget AAA titles” to “being owned my MS”).
