At what ambient temp is it supposed to do that lol? Maybe it can do it when it’s already warm outside.

Sounds amazing. And the manual is useless. I bet your landlord only buys quality stuff for his tenants.

Hey im getting free rent out of it so a $100-$150 heater is ok for an extra $350

I don’t think I follow. The extra $350 is for what?

And…what deal do you have with the landlord to get to live in the apartment for free?

Ah okay. For how long?
Is the gas furnace just temporary or is it the usual way of heating that place?
I’m not really familiar with the standard ways of apartment/house heating in the US since like 90% here have radiators (hooked up to plumbing and with hot water flowing through them). The rest is a mix of fireplaces (if you have a house and can afford it cause those are usually luxury things, like those “back to rustic is the new expensive” things) or furnaces/heaters (though those are usually run with oil or electricity) in old apartment buildings with high ceilings where a simple radiator isn’t enough (or when there are rooms without one.

No idea. This can count as the primary heat source if other rooms has supplemental heat. Landlord say he wants to install central heat and air but no idea on the timeframe of that nor would i trust him even if he did give me a timeframe XD.

Everything must meet “standard living” unless otherwise agreeded upon. So this means running water, house that can heat upto somewhere around 70F, electricity, and a few other things. This does not include stuff that the local fire, building, etc codes requires.

Got the hockey stick, wow. It’s as nice as some of the $500+ ones when I was last playing a lot 5 years ago… For $60 lol

It weighs 450 grams

What kind of sticks were you using, lol. Even the most expensive ones topped at $250 when we were in high school.

Lol, bad memory. But yeah those. Some of the weird special editions were above the $300 mark though. Generally though, $250.
So still pretty good value and all that from the STX.

New redragon mouse from Christmas.

Some RJ45 connectors and keystone jacks. Couple of my Ethernet cables broke and are now 100mbps instead of gigabit and got these to replace them since I still have about 70m spool of CAT6 laying around.

These RJ45 connectors are passthrough too which allows each of the wires to protrude past the connector so I don’t have to worry cutting them to length before I crimp them down which should be soo much faster and less annoying to make them.
