Shadowrun Returns bugged during a fight. Can’t do shit after a certain point. Happened twice already and it seems to be a widely spread bug that’s been in the game since 2014 -_-
Not in the mood for trying over and over and over again until the game decides not to bug out.
Might as well start Shadowrun Dragonfall at this point but it’s a bummer cause I wanted to see the whole story again.
Worked on the 3rd try, so I’m continuing with the play through.

Keep the valuable stuff where you’re most of the time. If words get around that “a guy is moving in here but he’s still staying at his old place”…might be an invitation for burglars.

I actually don’t have to worry about that. There are security measures for the building, also I know my roommate and I’m pretty sure my brother won’t steal my stuff. He already is living there. Otherwise it would be the last thing I move.

Can you say the same thing about the butler and the gardener? If they’re capable of murder then theft surely is easy as pie for them. Or are they only good at murder and other crimes are impossible for them?
I completely forgot how long Shadowrun Returns is. For the price it could be half that long and still be a could buy (if you like that kind of games).
The story takes a wild turn, though. But I’m not familiar with the campaigns or novel from the pen & paper game, so…can’t really tell if it’s actually as weird as I’m experiencing it.
As you’re investigating a serial killer the trace leads you to a psychopath doctor who staged his own death and took on the identity of his psychiatrist. He was hired by the sister of the guy who asked you from beyond the grave to find out who killed him. Turns out his sister is nuts and a powerful shaman from a cult who seeks to bring some kind of insect-spirits into this world by using unknowing members of their cult as sacrifices - vessels for the insect-spirits to manifest in this world. Then you join some rich elf, an elf who looks like a harlequin and the servant of a dragon to fight these insect-spirits and the cult.

The Shadowrun Pen and Paper RPG is indeed weird. Good thing is you only have one book to buy and you can run a campaign and make characters from it. I only have played it once but it was pretty fun.

Usually I’m not too keen on the whole cyberpunk setting but Shadowrun clicked with me for some reason (I guess it’s the crime/investigative story from the videogame).
If I wasn’t so far into the game I’d restart with a different class. Street Samurai is getting kinda boring and the damage isn’t as good as I’d like.

How much would the total have been at the time they launched?
Better run a PSU benchmark to see how much FPS you get. PSUs make ALL the difference. u a scrub or a pRo E-sPoRt GaM0r?
I do have a long in the works explaing why I won’t ever write for DC, Marvel, and Image.
The short version: Because they treated writers and artists terribly.
The long version is still being written but I think I may finish it this week.
