Oh it is going to be a pain cause HR is in a different state.
There may be paper I’ll have to scan and email.
Why do I have to do this?: Cause my health insurance from work told me I had to do it cause I can’t just go online and change the address…

Today’s time spent at the course was an utter waste. Trainer didn’t show up, 2 groups were put together (something about each group needs a supervisor…only to be without a supervisor later), thus the room got cramped, hot and the general mood in the room was very bad. The “substitute” trainer didn’t know shit about Powerpoint (handed out tasks without explaining how to do them, in the end we didn’t cover all of the features). Good thing I already got my ECDL Core certificate a few years ago and don’t need to do the exams.
We even were the last group to leave today despite doing jack shit. What a fucking waste of time.

Substitutes almost never know what there doing, I had this one that handed out the work and then fucked around on the computer for an hour or so until the lessen ended and probably said like 10 word total.
Not really doing too much atm, mostly just tiding the house because we have people over tomorrow and its a mess.

She probably has no problems using it but she sucks at explaining/teaching.
I wish but its too important not to so i have to deal with it.
ye i’ve had a few like that too, they tend up be quite good if you ask them very specific questions though.

The exact reason why I’ll never consider becoming a trainer myself.
But if you’re already a trainer and take over for a colleague who hasn’t shown up: do your fucking job and don’t half-ass subjects you can’t do.
Or rather: have the course administration visit a course on proper staff management. Having only 1 capable trainer for MS Office and not phoning in proper substitutes is an embarrassment. Trainers are pissed too cause coming November they’ll be out of a job there (might be the reason why our trainer didn’t show up today, he busted his ass for this job and got nothing in return - although if that’s the reason then it’s a stupid one).

When my grandma’s family was visiting my grandfather would coincidentally decide that it was a nice day for hiking/climbing a mountain. He couldn’t stand family visits and neither do I xD
