Indeed it does, I’ve been shifting through the github myself and it doesn’t seem too difficult to setup so I may just look into that and get an instance working to get a better feel of how it all works.

today… was annoying. was going great until the line cooks decided to bitch and whine and not bring back closing dishes on time annnnd i had to stay and extra 30mins becuase of it. oh well. still, better than they used to be but meh.

what will… eventually be my car, after the thing is repaired. needs new windshield, one side mirror, and the entire top to be bent back into shape among some minor other things to be driveable again but still.
previous owner hit a deer into the top of the car (was fine, luckily). still… safety glass is a bitch to clean, lol. otherwise is whatever.

Project Space Writing Report:
Starting work on the New Chapter 8. Yeah this was the right call. The tone is back where I want it to be. The character has the deck stacked against her. I’ll be tweaking the previous chapters a bit in the rewrite but with the New Chapter 8 I’m acting like those tweaks already happened. It seems a bit mad but trust me it works just fine for me.
Where will the story go from here? A great question to be honest. Right now the main character just have to get through this part for a short time then well that’s up to her in way. I’ll be writing how she reacts and deals with the consequence of her actions. It is a bit dark and grim but it makes sense consdering all that has happend so far.

I was looking at the films coming out for the rest of the year… Nothing interest me. Film of the year for me was Annihilation. 2nd favorite was MEG. Yes it is a shark film but it knows it is a shark film and it takes itself seriously. I have respect for it. Yeah I saw other films but these two stood out to me. The films coming out the rest of the year have me going nah not even going to rent from red box.
Next year though there is at least one film I plan to see:

Don’t know if movies just got more shallow and “big flashy packaging, nothing inside”, or if I’m just a cynical asshole that thinks everything is shit.
Jaws is all about a shark and became one of the most iconic movies of all time.

Nah. You’re in the right. Honesty a lot of films of the past decade are empty. The Marvel films are good example of this. Flash yeah but look at them a little bit closer and you see they are just popcorn film all style no substance.
There are a few films of substance still made.

Films like that also contributed to how I feel the meaning of “blockbuster” has changed. From “lots of entertainment and a good story - even for action movies” to “aiming to make the audience go ‘ooooh, aaaaah, woooow’ by looking at expensive CGI”.
Die Hard is one of the old blockbusters. Jurassic Park, Star Wars, etc.
Nowadays it feels like they’re focusing way too hard on making the movies “look cool” and don’t bother too much with the story.

I hate rocket league’s matchmaking…
doesn’t matter that my teammate was afk half the game, I still got demoted back down to plat 3. Such bullshit that it doesn’t take your performance into account, just your record.
