The Lounge 0001 [From the Beginning]

That would be the most amazing thing ever, could set it up where you have pilots and drivers dropping off infinity in squads across the map like your in a real battle it would be epic

Just think of the battles you would have

ye would be soo much fun to have like those battles where you have to rescues a hostages but there a real players and have to sneak or battle into to town to save them. would be great in VR too because your visibility would be decreased so could make things very interesting.

Been arguing with people who don’t understand the meanings of the words they’re using to defend their standpoint.

“It’s bad if PC hardware gets thicker, you’re going in reverse!”

Thick is synonymous with dense, and density of integrated circuits is exactly what needs to happen and is the way forward. Blegh.

Thicc is in the past. Old PC Hardware was clunky and thicc and slow. New hardware is thin and small cause the parts they’re made off are getting smaller too, thus using less space. Making modern hardware thicc also means making it slow again, so you’re going in reverse.

:stuck_out_tongue:

Oh you read his incoherent ramblings too? You missed the part where he said, “I was only talking about the manufacturing process so thanks for agreeing with me.” After having just wrote roughly a paragraph exactly as you just did talking about peripherals, laptops, and complete components.

The ol’ ‘I was arguing a different point this whole time so now I win’ trick.

Nah, I’m just pretty good at understanding stupid. Kind of a native speaker myself

“Who shot Mr. Burns? Part 1+2” are still holding up pretty well.

I need to get into modded minecraft again at some point

That particular pack is very intensive, I’m only managing around 50fps at lowest settings and offering it 7 of my 8 Gigs of ram. And I haven’t even gotten started with anything yet lol.

mooded minecraft is a hog on resources, I was playing another mod pack not too long ago called stoneblock and it was using 90% of my CPU and memory that I had to allocate more resources for my VM just so it would load the game let alone play it.

ye that acutally looks like it would be fun, is a neat idea having a presedurally generatored AI you have to make friends with as you explore the ship.

It does seem out there but this apporch makes soo much sense and is absolutely where we’re heading, with the chiplet design increasing yields and allowing for much better binning of defective chips for AMD to segment their SKUs down the product stack, if this is true Intel will have absolutely nothing to compete with this for a very long time to come.

somebody at intel is 100% being fired when ryzen 3000 happens lol

lol I think Intel its self will be the one thats on fire XD
