I mean I could do it. seems straight forward enough, thoughts on adding to hardware, software and networking only?
I mean really could just be in a new tech support category because categories
As you can have multiple categories in each post Iirc? So hardware + tech support or whatever
Or is that tags im thinking of. Hmm.
We could do that but not sure I like the idea to adding a ton of categories just for tech support topics. might be kinda messy and confusing so is probably best the way it is now imo.
Being able to solve every topic is a bit troll…
My only issue is that adding categories for tech support would segment topics even further and make things more cluttered. having it on everything really isn’t that bad imo if the former was the alternative because only the topic creator will see it other than redesigning the whole category system around it for everyone.
@Michael only categories that shouldnt get the solution thing would be blog, community, staff, and admin
Yeah my thought was that only categories with topic areas should have it and not misc stuff. also not lounge as well.
lounge is part of the community category XD
lel i must have missed that XD
alright have changed it so solutions are only available in #software-and-operating-systems, #hardware, #gaming, #art-and-media, #networking and #infosec categories.
reee the sound card on my motherboard is acting up again
ffffffuuuu u MSI
that is all lol
lol. could also be windows being windows.
Or just Windows 10 being Windows 10.
well switched to front panel audio and is … better so far?
ffffuuuu

i can always just use my Razer Ripsaw as a DAC but i’d rather not unless i need to
edit
nope still annoying as hell
… damnit windows and msi
wait
this is odd
only happens on youtube as far as i can tell so far?
now im just confused lol
Could just be the browser, maybe try another one?
well im using 8tracks and playing death metal and theres no audio glitches (as they would be prety obvious) will see if pandora/netflix etc also have issues
and also games
hmm
netflix seems fine
as does pandora
lel youtube is the only one with issues … on chrome xD
now to test games but i doubt theres going to be problems
wait spoke too soon
but the issue isnt nearly as bad on netflix, almost can’t tell theres a glitch in the audio now and again
go into the sound settings and fuck with the sample rate some. should resolve the issue
lmao
annd seems better so far?
oh also @Dje4321 after installing the audio drivers i can pick up to this insanity

not sure if thats more than the default amount but its a lot more than the last time i looked a few months ago so?
32bit 44100Hz tends to be the best setting
