I finished the 2nd book in His Dark Materials. On to speed reading the 3rd and final book in the original trilogy. Author did write another series set in that universe but I’m not planning on reading it anytime soon.
After I finish His Dark Materials, I’ll read the 3 Twilight Zone books I got.

Well, 1660 ti is a thing now and it’s kindof nice but also meh? Sits somewhere between an RX 590 and a Vega 64/1070 ti in performance for $250-300. At least used cards are probably going to drop in price though I guess lol…

I can’t fathom the reason why AMD shut down RT+.

because it was a sponsored review program, even though AMD wanted to say otherwise, and only 5-7 or the 20 people actually… reviewed things or streamed with the hardware, lol.
also typical AMD not wanting to ever comment on rumors, even to dispel ones that led to marketing disasters like when vega launched, meant that it got killed officially even after already basically being dead for 6mos prior because AMD wouldn’t hire an employee in house to run marketing, they always outsourced to a third party hiring so there was a revolving door of marketing “managers” that if you were lucky knew anything about twitch or reviewing hardware. lol.
this, among other things, is why i will not work with them ever again (even just as a moderator in thier discord which i did for some time but even that was pointless.)
i could go on about how much of a failure the program was but also meh?

but more seriously i’ve literally been playing video games for about a month straight now, and due to a few blizzards and having a shitty car, havent been talking to many people irl so i get repetitive… i only sometimes notice it, usually when i do i change it.
for example i try not to do the so thing anymore, etc
Much better day of work today. Missed breakfast, but had a really full morning. Already have made over 2.5x what I did yesterday and I’m only halfway done. Only complaint is I don’t get to read as much manga today but I much prefer being busy when I’m here, I can’t stand downtime.

Watched Fire Walk With Me again today. Got a craving for Twin Peaks. Completely forgot how many boob shots of Laura Palmer there were which is kinda weird as she was 17 at the time she died in the show.
Wanted to finally watch the 3rd season and remembered that because of how shitty the files are automatically named, there’s almost no way for me to find out in what order to watch them without spoiling myself. That sucks balls.
I was able to figure it out with some episodes, though. IMDB has the length of each episode listed (minus OP/ED) but as most episodes have the same length it’s not a reliable way to determine which episode is which.

So long update short. We were supposed to get evicted on march 11. Its now this upcoming monday and were in a hurry to pack everything up and move. This is going to be a fun couple of weeks
