Yep. AMDGPU is doing MUCH better than radeon. Everything is on par and upto 35% better. Got about a 30 fps boost in csgo from 90fps to 120fps while getting much improved proton support now that i can run DX12/Vulkan games

Definitely a massive improvement. But does it matter on a 60Hz display?
kinda ye, with a higher fps you have a reduced frame latency so when the image on the display does refresh it more up to date. this video does a good job of explaining it.

Iām not playing games where higher fps matter. The only difference I noticed when I donāt cap the fps at 60 is that the GPU gets hotter.

damn Iām running low on fundsā¦ may have to go to an open mic for some eXpOsUrE then hopefully people will hire me to play. Iām doing okay without that but man is money tight.

I came to find out as a result of reading all of those detailed reviews of PSUs Iāve been doing for a decade I somehow absorbed the terms and knowledge and actually knew a lot more about PSUs than I realized. Like Efficiency. What a PSU actually does. The connectors. How to tell if it is failing. Still good overview.

Got the light for the speedometer, will take a pic in a while of it. Itās rather amusing lol, ended up using the one ashtray instead of the fan spots to mount it.
Otherwise I got pissed off this morning by a random drug testā¦ I donāt care much about doing the things but they screw mid shift over because the appointments are at 9am-4pmā¦ Right when I am usually asleep lol. And they are mandatory soā¦ Yeah. Ended up just startinge up till noon and going to sleep till now instead of normal. Oh well.
