I mean…it seems absolutely overkill but I guess there might be some people who want to burn those games to discs and put them in cases with printed covers and maybe even print on the discs to put them on shelves. Like, for games that only have a digital and no retail version.
overkill and incredibility wasteful especially since you’d need multiple disks per game unless you used blu-rays when you can just store them on a NAS and compress the shit out of them.

some games arent that bad with dual layer dvds and heavy compression but ye usually least couple discs
also the engine
ripped out the carpet because i like this look in the trunk.
fixed some of the electric issues… ish. the key naturally rests too far over when starting the engine so just need to move it back for it to have the wipers, radio, AC/heat, etc work. kindof annoying but at least i dont have to fix it for now lol.
now to wait on the gasket maker, led lights which i also ordered for the rear lights, and headlight switch to arrive. the gasket and lights arrive tomorrow, the switch on mondayish depends on USPS.
That has no appeal to collectors.
It’s equally “unnecessary” when people get all editions of a game.
Especially when they do it on multiple platforms.
Not talking about old games that are out of print.

Got the gasket applied now to wait for it to cure. Also fixed the glove compartment with the stuff.
Also put in the new LED lights, not a huge change but definitely brighter. And as a side bonus less heat.
Now to wait on the headlight switch and it’ll be set. Well other than an oil change and coolant change but will do that when I do the switch for the lights.

I mean, I also had 3 Windows updates or so in that time. Non of them seemed related to driver stuff but who knows. It’s Windows.

Good news. Fixed the glove box. Bad news. This thingy pictured is also broken (as is the switch for the AC/heat control, it just blasts heat atm). Oh well. Will get to that when I tear apart the dash later
