Yeah but it also has milk in the dough. Which I always forget and regret later.
so it appears in Nevada theres a ton of land for pretty cheap. like one 120acre plot thats $22,000. for 120 acres. granted, it has no power, sewage, water, or anything. but thats still low. and theres a lot of other cheap land as well, 40 acres for $15k, etc. I may get some land, and build on it lol… and the one mentioned thats 120 acres is only ~ 6 hours away from where im at. some are closer, but less land.

How much is the cost to get electricity, water, etc there? Permissions for construction cost too, right?
the one i was looking at no permissions needed because its in the middle of nowhere lol
electricity is … meh, theres lines there. then again could just go solar if its cheaper. and knowing how much that costs, it could be very expensive for power lines or cheap, just depends on the local companies.
sewage is like $10-30k
digging a well is $10k or so
… can always just camp there though or build a tiny home/pole building home depending what i want. the pole building home is cheap to build a big home but a camper might be fine enough.
but could do literally anything, it’s a nearly .19 square mile property lol

At least cell reception or a landline? Cause emergencies.
If you knew someone in the general area with Internet could just get a WiFi antenna on a massive pole and beam Internet to your house that way. A lot of people who live in rural places do this to get decent internet on the cheap.

realistically if i end up getting the place for now it’ll just be a place to fuck around with my cars on (because if i own the land, its not speeding lol) and camp at occasionally.
beyond that, will see what happens lol. not even sure if ill get it because the rambler and other things, but yeah.

least where <is prob could do both for 10-20, with well being much cheaper(although depends area a bunch im sure as far as required depth and all to hit da water)
also dont need to be registered or street legal then
well thats just estimates but it being in middle of nowhere and in a mountain desert range doesnt help the pricing lol
and yeah could go mad max and shit as far as cars but to actually build those kind of things are more expensive than they seem
just getting cheap cars to destroy or run till they die and not register them or anything is fun tho
