One of tee supermarket chains here had a chicken nugget sub a while ago. Was pretty decent for something out of the cooled area. Would definitely be better if it’s fresh and not packaged and cooled (so the breading and bread gets all soggy and loses all the crunch).

picked up empire total war Darthmod again because idk, nostalgia. also because still better imo than civ 5… well, at least stock civ 5. in any case battles are fun. this time picked the British, i didnt realize it but because they have so many ports in the game they are actually possibly the best at trading goods. am currently trade partners with like 16 nations, which is more than i did with the dutch because they only have one major port in the home region so limited on sea routes because of that.
also now that cali is… open-ish for corona, i can finally get other food at the dfac which is nice. on the other hand, i’m basically stuck on base and also on call all the time because where i am is a hotbed for things so… theres that. and there’s a curfew off base now.

whatchyu think about a reapeatable instance in da ss anne?
would be likes… random extra stair case down from normal one, to deck with party(like the series), then another one down but make it so you cant go back up that way, and have it be the ship upside down with water rising(like every time you go to next floor you cant go back) eventually a way out end up on a random island with robot pokeman(like the series)
and just change the script so ss anne doesnt leave when you get off the normal way/either way

Was bored, decided to work on my HAF XM mod some more. Will see how it turns out i guess lol. Part one of ??? Of painting
Also got gifted Burnout Paradise since most of EA games are on steam now, forgot how fun but also how… Touchy the steering and drifting is in the game. Takedowns are great though and can see a lot of mechanics from later games in it which is also neat.

huh, actually turned out really well on the mesh part
nowhere near done yet on side panel though. also have to figure out a way to get cleaner lines but meh, i have some ideas for colors and such.
Edit, cleaned some of the white stuff off the edges. Now it’s just some underlying scuffs there from before that I’ll be painting over with the next layer

Are any of you using a retro emulator on linux? (SNES, GBA, N64, etc)
Retroarch is the only one that I’m familiar with that I found that can be installed via command line, everything else requires me to download a .tar file.

for retro stuff mostly only use retroarch through the package manager too. It has modules for most every other emulator I’d need in one place.

Emulators should be fine. It’s the games that are the no-no part.
But in order to get Retroarch you need to add a repo first, so it’s not as if it’s in a repo that comes packaged with a linux installation. And then you have to download the cores (emulators) in Retroarch to do anything.
