Well thats normal lol.
There’s stuff like videos taken from the arabic countries that are at war currently that are NSFW for an entirely different reason, and a whole range of other stuff as well
So basically the usual p2p stuff but this one is indexed and searchable quite easily unlike most others so its easier to find both good and bad things
