The Parts I’m planning on getting for the upgrade build for the Lan Rig -
CPU: AMD - Ryzen 3 1300X
Motherboard: Gigabyte - GA-AB350N-Gaming WIFI (rev. 1.0) Mini ITX AM4 Motherboard
Memory: Crucial - Ballistix Sport LT 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2666 Memory

When will it happen?:
Could be October this year. Though I may go with an APU again cause the orignal Lan rig has an APU. I’ll know for sure in October.

What am I even reading? asus x99e-ws/usb 3.1 what? its just an E5 2686 how is it even better than an 7980XE? its18 cores, has less clockspeed and older architecture? are people on ebay insane?
edit: ah maybe it is also the motherboard, inb4 they are selling it to buy an X299 7980XE system.

yeah that sucks. I don’t know if its also them but I heard a tractor manufacture sells two models one with a better engine but its the same and one is limited by software.

yep is some shady shit, worse part is a tractor is a tool required for farmers to make a living and John Deere exploit this knowing that the farmers have little choice.
they also have alot a generic patents surrounding the tractor so its beyond difficult to even design your own
