half tempted to make my strange keyboard work but donāt have an RJ cord adapter anywhere, and idk if i want to take it apart yet because then i wouldnt be able to test the simple RJ adapter. hmmm

also just discovered that thereās two settings for RGB on my keyboard that seem the same but actually arenāt.
One is always on RGB in whatever color you want
and the settingIām using currently that seems the same but it turns off the LEDs when you type on them and then it fades back to being on after you stop pressing them.
So itās like the one that turns on the RGBs when you press the keysā¦ but in reverse.
How intriguing
So I managed to get pci passthrough working on my machine and have been checking out Looking Glass (KVMFR) and damn it is amazing. latency is almost none existent which makes playing Windows games on a Linux desktop almost seamless. It is still very early and has tons of bugs but the potential is huge and canāt wait to see where it goes. Iām currently going to do way more testing with this and will likely make a forum topic about it soon to outline my experiences with it.

Just got both the Battlestations games for $11 because why not. Probably will stream Pacific when itās done downloading in a few minutes.
(Didnāt end up streaming yesterday because Awesomehardware was on YT soā¦ also finding that when I stream a lot I canāt watch as much content and stuff which is meh?)

kek Battlestations Pacific is old enough to need Windows Game thingy installed
just reset skyrim up with reshade 
@wolfleben reshade has added a lot more presets now wow
also made skyrim look a ton better and still runs at 60FPS at 4k on my 390
not bad at all
and yes i like the dark, but vibrant thing
more realism i guess? because you actually need torches and the like lol. Also colors are good

Only catch no enbs. But I never used ReShade on Enderal so it might be okay? Iāll test it this weekend and let you know.
I would do that but Iāve not played anything extensively other than Skyrim in the series. (I dont even own any of the older games). I have played some of TES IV but not much (maybe 10 hours tops). The others are too old for me to really get into, the oldest games I can play and enjoy are Thief and AoE but thatās also because I grew up with those lol.
Something about a lot of older games just really donāt get my attention much unless its an outstanding older game that still holds up well today.
If I get the old games I might also do enderal. Not sure if I will thoā¦

Well seems like with a 50% extra power limit can do 1090Mhz core now. Previously was stable at the same power at 1080mhz
Interesting.
Also perf seems to have gone up 3-6% (on top of the minor boost to the OC) with the 390 depending on the game so not too bad overall.
The new features are kinda cool (the overlay is useful) but some donāt work still like Twitter in Adrelin.
Overall decent driver set with some added features that are usefulā¦ If they work.
also I donāt know how tags work so tagging @wolfleben again for edit in earlier post just in case it didnāt show up

just found out the HP 4k display i have is 10bit IPS
not bad, considering they go for $300 or so now
and have 99% SRGB and the like

Ended up boosting my 390 to 1090mhz core and 1560 mhz on the memory up from the stock 1040/1500 which isnt bad. Messing with the displays is somewhat interesting.
Also enhanced sync works well for some games but horribly in others. World of Tanks it was terrible in, but Skyrim it worked well in.
Overall a mixed bag but generally good.

Iām half tempted to apply because even as a newb at being a CM I could probably do a better job than the last one did lol oh well.
