Actually once she unplugged the internet while she was watching Netflix on the TV but that goes through a different connection, everyone else was mad as fuck though.

It’s often not clear what companies are asking for.
What is “general computer literacy”?
I’ve had one case where it was just “know how to use Office” (which can also mean a lot) and one case where it was basically “Office + art design software + accounting software”. In both cases they asked for “general computer literacy”.

Ive seen tech jobs around here that have listed “general computer literacy” as being able to take apart a desktop pc and reassemble it

I’ve had employers ask if I’ve had “general computer literacy” before and I legitimately stats I have a BSc in computer science listed on my CV, did the fucks even read it XD
