So i just modded a battery to fit into my phone. Old one was fairly shit and i had one from a s4. exact some battery but one is slightly longer than the other. So i removed the alignment pins and a peice of plastic shell. Worked after that

She’s fine. The batteries are hermetically sealed. As long as the battery can make proper contact with the pins, the housing can be torn off.

nah. that died for some reason so i gotta look into that though the last time i used it was super flaky so that might be it.
Is a samsung phone that my mom gave me but carrier locked to a carrier i dont use. The second one is another phone from my mom that is on the carrier i use

i still need to find a way to extract the lithium from these batteries. ive got 30k+ Mah of lithium ion batteries just laying around with no use

Does anybody know of a way to sim unlock a phone if the phone is rooted? Got a nice S4 that i would like to use but its carrier locked

yes and no. They are supposed too but they make it very hard todo

Here it’s the Persians who do the unlocking, although carriers do it too now (and iirc less complicated than in the US) and I don’t think it was a big deal in terms of legality.
