Hahaha I know right?! Such a fun game.
Inputlag is abysmal on my TV. I wonder what causes it. Could it really be that the HDMI cable is too long? Never had any issues with console gaming and I didnāt notice any inputlag with my laptop connected to the TV (although shorter cable).
Cable length shouldnāt affect inputlag at all as long as the cables are within spec, its more due to the display itsself than anything else.
Good to know.
Well, might not game on it then, just watch movies (as watching anime with subs is annoying).
this is about the smallest keyboard that makes sense to me, and only because it would be fine for gaming as it still has all the needed things for it lol
Random note; it bothers me when big YT channels make videos about things that are really good deals in the used space lol. Like Wendell and X79 (which now is so overpriced that even modern Intel systems are priced better not to mention Ryzen ones lmao. How TF is my P9X79 Deluxe still worth $200-300 depending on who you ask is beyond meā¦ And the 3930K that goes in it was $60 for quite some time but now is at $100+, and thatās not even mentioning the Xeons for X79) Or some other people with GPUs that were fairly common but as soon as the video goes up and gets a lot of views suddenly they are all out of stock lol.
For example GTX 680s used to be ~ $80-100 and now are $110-180 because Hardware unboxed did a video about how well they perform. And also the mining thing but before his video the cards were cheaper too so ā¦ Theres that
Also Iāve been here since 5am and theres been two trucks, and a single guest. Its 830am.
Alrighty then.
Might also be the specific connection on the TV. I know some TVās have different response times on the different inputs (even if they are all the same type of input.).
Even the really old LCD models? Itās at least 10 years old.
But Iāll give it a try later.
This is how I envision today going:
hooray for only 5 hours of sleep thanks to my rodent friends in the wall.
Z Reviews does that with audio stuff (new, not used, but same effect). As soon as he releases a review about good headphones/speakers theyāre almost immediately sold out. Sometimes even before the review when he mentions it on Discord or in a random unboxing video or on stream.
At least in the US.
Fuck you for bragging about having friends! Damn social normie Chad!
Every time its likeā¦ Y. Y u do dis. It could have stayed a good deal but noooo
Even on some new TVās its still a thing. Granted much less so than some of the old TVās but still. Can vary by 20ms or more dependent on which input is used.
Because some TV inputs have wierd things done to them lol
It wonāt stay like this for long. The people who dwell in the used market already know about it. Theyāre patient, observant. Unlike the mainstream which is often impatient and relies on announced sales for new products from retailers.
It will fade soon.
Also @dje4321 you were not kidding about the other lounge being slow wow. 4.1k posts yesterday, 4.2 today. This place does 100 posts in an hour some days now xD
Well X79 has had idiotic pricing literally since Wendell put up those cheap Xeon build videosā¦ What 2 years ago now? Maybe more?
Which is too bad as its a great overclocking platform but if the motherboards are $150-300 for good ones that are literally 5-7 years old nowā¦ Yeah. And then there is the CPUs pricing
But now that thereās Ryzen noone should be buying x79 as a daily anyway but that hasnāt stopped the pricing much lol
In any case Iām probably going to get around to selling my 6970s and some other bits to get a freesync display of some kind I think. As used prices for basically everything are ā¦ At best, screwed up lol. At least in PCs
Wasnāt there already a time when those old CPUs were dirt cheap but mobos were expensive as fuck?
I mean they were kindof expensive to start but now they are just insane lol.
And the CPUs used to be dirt cheap but then this
Happened to them lol.
$40 Xeons are expensive?
