Namely the unknown person messing with your PC rofl.

I have no way of knowing how much being sick effects your ability to work, but that should be taken into consideration too.
And last but not least: ignoring being sick will usually make it worse or at least extend the duration. In some cases much worse (adult son of a friend of my grandmother ignored the flu. the result was a mild stroke cause his frontal sinuitis started festering - I don’t know the details, that’s just what I’ve been told). Instead of ~1-2 weeks he was out sick (and in hospital) for a lot more than that incl. rehab training).)
