Itā€™s new lease and Iā€™m doing short term. So higher than normal. Itā€™s fairly common in America.

I wouldnā€™t even know if thatā€™s common here too as I lived my whole life in the same apartment and Iā€™m not the main tenant.

Thats been happening everywhere. Where i live rent tends to be around $800-$1200/month by the time you factor everything in.

Rent is so strange and weird how it works. It makes so little sense and needs serious regulation and overhaul.

Here it makes sense as houses are expensive (we do bricks, not wood). And thereā€™s a lot less property than in the US, so you either already own it (inherited from a relative) or lease it.
Owning an apartment doesnā€™t make sense to me, though. Paying a fuck-ton of money and still have all the disadvantages of an apartment.

2400g thing is super annoying to me
itā€™s good and all
but the drivers and some overclocking issues bother meā€¦ enough to not really recommend it until new drivers show up and etc
otherwise itā€™s good but also not so yeah :stuck_out_tongue:

the stuttering issues make Xfire look good on this 2400gā€¦ i hope thats down to drivers but if not it will be bad :confused:
if not for the random stutters all over in basically every game except Wolfenstein because Vulkan i guess? the built in Vega 11 is otherwise good for low/medium at 1080P for most games.
