neat so this is the line quality to my ISP over the last year. not sure what that flatline is because it is working during that time but it shows some interesting stuff like when my internet down for a couple of days in August and for the most part has been mostly stable with fairly good latency.
microSD in my phone was suddenly named weirdly (lots of “^” between random letters). But worked fine (mostly, I suspect the controller being garbage to begin with).
Tried to see if formatting it (backup first) solves it. Nope. Still weird new name.
Ghost?
I think ill only do 2 or 3 codes today … So that I’m not just giving all the codes to people here lol
Not that its likely everyone here wont get a code anyway but mehhh
In any case is a anime game so theres that
Might’ve dropped it one too many times. Although I keep it in a skookum case and the drops have never been from higher than ~50cm (~2ft) on a carpet. But so far that was enough to fuck up one axis of the G-Sensor, so auto-rotate does no longer work.
Might be time for a new phone.
Partially why I want it.
I killed my last SD card by dropping my phone, so cloud be.
The microSD itself works fine. I only ever had transfer issues when it was in my phone and connected via USB to my PC. With a microSD-to-USB adapter directly plugged into the PC there are a) no issues and b) higher speeds.
Checking it now for bad blocks with Rufus.
I have very similar issues with my phone
I’ve also been told that the file transfer protocol or some shit like that of Android is garbage, so…there’s also that.
But a new phone is annoying. So much research and most of the phones for a price that I’m willing to pay would merely be side-grades that lack features I’d appreciate (like ac wifi).
I feel ya, phones are too fucking expensive now. You have to give an arm and a leg for a new flagship these days
That would not be great if you play Arms lol
Slow clap
I’m talking about 100-200€ phones like the Honor 6X, Lenovo K6, Huawei P9 Lite or Xiami RedMi 5 Plus.
Not gonna pay more than 200€ for something I’ll probably replace after 2 years anyway (cause it either broke or got so slow using it is a pain in the ass).
After mentally reviewing the Debian Video talking part, I realized I have to refilm the whole talking part. Why cause I realized I had obs in one of the monitors while I was recording. Won’t take too long to refilm.
I know but those phones are in many cases no better then 4-5 year old flagships, so i don’t count them as an option.
I resent the accuracy of this statement
Sometimes they are. The Moto G 2015 was one of the few phones with water-resistance for that price. Not even all flagship phones had that. And it had everything I needed (2GB RAM, 16GB ROM + microSD slot, 5" 720p screen, almost stock Android).
Unless you buy used those 4-5 year old flagships are still more expensive IF you can even find them new. Also, even cheaper phones pick up a few new features which can make them better than 4-5 year old flagships.
still has my LG G5
Yarp
Also the galaxy S5 is still as good as a lot of low-mid range new phones.
