yea haven’t got around to downloading it yet, have been kinda busy plus I’m tried af and don’t feel like it right now.
aaand third times the charm?
no… k lol
in any case i feel like the post the other day about you not sleeping was accurate for today/yesterday as well …
kinda yeah, I’ve had maybe 2 hours sleep.
Some of you may be wondering will I be installing Debian to desktop as well?
Answer yes. In fact I’ll be building a dedicated machine just for Debian. Now the build is not an insane build. It is good enough to do what I want with Debian:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant
CPU: AMD - A10-9700E 3GHz Quad-Core Processor ($89.88 @ OutletPC)
CPU Cooler: Noctua - NH-L9a-AM4 33.8 CFM CPU Cooler ($79.95 @ Newegg Marketplace)
Motherboard: ASRock - A320M-DGS Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard ($49.49 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: Crucial - Ballistix Sport LT 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 Memory ($94.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Crucial - BX300 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($59.99 @ Amazon)
Case: Apex - DM-387 HTPC Case w/275W Power Supply ($46.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Monitor: Sceptre - E205W-1600 20.0" 1600x900 60Hz Monitor ($59.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $481.28
Like I said this not an insane build. This computer will have it’s own dedicated space, monitor [not the best monitor but it’ll work for what I’m doing], keyboard and mouse which are spares I’m not using at the moment. This build will happen eventually but not this year or next so parts will likely change and be altered.
Neat so this works now, setup DNS over TLS on my router with Cloudflares DNS and imported a packet capture on my outbound VPN interface into wireshark and all DNS requests are sent through TLS.
thought: for the extra $10 wouldn’t it make sense to go 2200g? because ryzen and better iGPU?
When I made this sit wasn’t an option at the time. Yeah it would make more since to go that route for 10 more dollars. List has now been updated:

I guess the person from Amazon Support I chatted with yesterday pulled some strings for me. Instead of April 6th-7th I’ll get my boxset on the 5th. What are the odds being matched with another Twin Peaks fan, talking about an order of a Twin Peaks boxset, eh?
Initial impressions of warframe clan I joined: Friendly. Informative, Fashionable.
Yeah I think they’re alright so far.
Is that a CPU Cooler on a GPU?
honestly, not sure
i don’t know how to react to it
… it might be horrible for cooling… or it might be good…
…
… … …
yeahhh
Everything in my mind is screaming at me that it is wrong. Yet I can’t help and look and wonder WTH.
Gotta keep those VRMs cool. I wonder how long it is
Somehow it got worse. Plot twist…
Mining cards don’t need to look pretty, I’m very concerned about the VRM cooling though, looks like its glued on.
Google signed me out of Firefox for some reason, now I have to deal with the garbage new YouYube layout on my desktop too. FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCCCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKK
