If you go for a 2200G (because why not get it for the same price as a Ryzen 1200) and B350 board as soon as the next stuff comes out can probably get CPU and board together for like $150
Then would just be whatever RAM is
Or opt for one of the new Ryzen 5s
Either way.

For some strange reason 83xx CPUs are going for $80+ used which is strange to me. They are not worth that but eBay is eBay lol.

or you could just go super low end on ryzen and just drop in a better CPU when you can afford it. After that upgrade your motherboard to something more appropriate

It performs the same in games though as the 63xx so.
And for a new build (well used build, whatever… A new system) 83xx are super not worth unless they are $60 or less.

But Also what @dje4321 said. Can go super budget Ryzen for $300-400 and drop in a new CPU later. Maybe less if you opt for only 8gb ram
