oh my…
is a solid burn though, gg.
what the fuck do you mean? Breath of the wild is one of the best games ive ever played
My CES predictions
AMD - Zen2 and it will probably be as good as we are expecting. AMD seems to be talking alot of shit
Intel - 14nm+++ and/or or mid range 10nm parts
Nvidia - RTX cards without RTX features
Profile -> Settings -> Notifactions
Your starting to tow a line here
you must not have played many RPGs lol
Better than skyrim
I find it dull and boring. I like exploring and its just waayyyy to much of the same
but mods tho
saying mods isn’t a good argument that its a better game though. its like saying Skyrim is the better game but only if we let the users fix the game for us.
we are still arguing about how shit, possibly the worst big release RPGs are in recent history lol so meh
mods make skyrim… tolerable to good, Botw is mehhhhhhhhh at best and it technically only kindof has mods so. yeah.
then again, just cause 4 exists which … well, it’s just cause 3 but slightly different and runs worse for no apparent reason…
but still
Its just cause 3 with the effort taken out XD
Yes, yes, maybe. There have been rumors spanning months about RTX-less Turing mobile parts but there haven’t been any device IDs listed anywhere. We’ve got device IDs for mobile Turing parts but they are specifically flagged as being RTX 2060 and RTX 2070 parts at this point in time.
I’m sure nVidia won’t skip the chance to further segment their products just for the fun of it, but unlike usual there has been no indication on the back-end that it’s happening. Maybe they’re just getting better about keeping that stuff secret until launch day.
You could have read the stuff after where I explained why I don’t like it.
Commence dungeon-whining
I never played BotW myself, only seen and heard opinions and footage from other people.
But the controversy about BotW seems to be that it splits the fanbase.
There are the “hardcore” Zelda fans who didn’t take the changes too well, and there are the “casual” Zelda fans who like the changes.
As I said, I never played it myself, but the weapon durability thing is a huge turn-off for me. And as you can’t just turn it off, it severely impacts the way you fight.
The only Zelda games I played were A Link to the Past (GBA), Oracle of Seasons (GBC), The Wind Waker (GC) and Twilight Princess (Emu). Not one of them finished. There are other games similar to the Zelda games that I like much better (like the first Darksiders).
THREE YEARS since I got these cards and I finally found the goldilocks zone where all the drivers play nice with the OS and hardware and GET A REAL FUCKING RESULT!
THAT is a mother fucking RESULT!!
THE ABSOLUTE LEGEND
it is for many people and is the single reason my brother won’t even play it which is a shame because it really isn’t that bad and ties very nicely into the combat system.
That is kinda the point though, the whole combat system is about choice and how you choose to tackle each situation with what tools you have available to you. it isn’t like you get the best weapons in the game and be done, its constantly shifting and you have to make a decision on what to use and how. Do I use this really powerful weapon now or safe it for later, should I use this fire sword to keep me warm and light fires or use it in combat to one hit ice monsters and risk breaking it. can I just rolling bombs down hills or throwing metal boxes with magnesis off enemies instead or freeze them with stasis, shoot a bomb arrow off a group of enemies and use that updraft from the fire to glide over and take out enemies at a far. The combat in BoTW is dynamic and shifting just like the weapon durability system and you never know what is going to happen next and it makes you think and keeps the whole thing fresh because you get to use weapons and tactics you may otherwise wouldn’t because that is what the situation calls for.
