But what I donāt get is people who order something and then donāt even check the bag to see if everything is there.

nah, they just donāt learn. had a friend always complain when he got McD from the drive-thru and they forgot fries or a burger or got the wrong drink but he would never check the bag when he got it, always at home when it was too late.

Please inform your local police force immediately so they can evacuate your entire neighborhood until theyāve dealt with this insanely dangerous WEAPON.
You might want to just give them an anonymous tip over the phone while laying low for a while. Just donāt be at home when they come to investigate.
Or say your brother had some suspicious acquaintance over who left it and you donāt even know what a knoife is.

pretty much slept through the whole Saturday (went to bed at 4am, woke up at ~5:30pm, then just turned around and woke up again around 9:30pm). no idea why I slept for so long.
didnāt really do much since then except lazying around and ordering a cheapo arcade stick for ~16ā¬. this particular one aināt much to write home about. the manufacturer claims youāre able to mod it but tons of people have reported that standard arcade stick parts donāt fit. has a circuit board with contacts for the buttons instead of switches inside the buttons. butā¦it was 16ā¬ so Iām not gonna expect the quality of a 100ā¬+ fight stick for tournaments.
Getting pissed at my landlord. Still hasnt gotten the siding up and out of the living room so i can move in

That needs to be seen. Did some gagoogling afterwards and the claimed āsuitable for moddingā by the manufacturer is a sad joke. You can mod it but youād just be replacing all the guts (buttons, stick, board) and taking a dremel to it cause instead of the standard wired buttons it has a PCB under the buttons like a TV remote or rubberdome keyboard (where the press of the button pushes something down to close the circuit on the board). And the holes for the buttons are 28mm while most other standard switches are 30mm. The amount of sticks you can choose from is also limited cause of the height of the box.
At that point - if you want to replace the buttons and stick - you might as well make your own box out of wood or buy one.
If Iād bought it for the regular price (27ā¬) Iād still be kinda pissed at myself for assuming all sticks are made with the same standards (but lower quality of course) and being wrong. For 16ā¬ Iāll see how it works. If it sucks and the buttons donāt register properly -> see title next to name.

Yeah, but arcade sticks have them switches inside the buttons and individual wires coming off them. Some seem to have straight up keyboard switches that look like Cherry.
Like this where the stuff above are the switches.

like in dat one showing red, the ones have played, the buttons or actual arcade ones usually just a spongey linear thing, no heavy bump/feedback or anything just a squish and eventually it bottoms out past when its already activated, probably similar with the shitty ones
think main benefit would be if the plastic is thin might be flex in the box if you push hard/the weight of it being higher would make it move less when you rippin on joystick and stuff, probably the stick the most likely to get rekt since more leverage, but those feel like trash too, just 4 switches or whatever
