At least for one of their arcade sticks. Another one lists “tournament-grade Sanwa buttons”.
Is that really an issue for arcades, though? I mean, the only thing those buttons and switches need to be is responsive. As long as there’s no noticeable lag there shouldn’t be a problem. And look at the OG Street Fighter cabinet. One YUGE button that you literally punch.
But…there’s really no need to use that much force. If the stick or the buttons are so hard to press that the faceplate flexes then that’s just shit quality.

was trying to look at flights around new years, $450 round trip is the lowest i saw with bags (im not bringing anything home, but want to bring my hockey gear here). that and having to title the rambler, and the volvo means it’ll be pretty annoying. oh well… will see about that. i could always sell my extra x79 boards i brought with me here but they are at the point where if i sell them will have to shell out if i ever wanted them again, then again moneys.
otherwise… HI. tired from working on the volvo all day, at one point to reconnect the cables in the dash i was awkwardly laying with my head below the dash and feet in the backseats lol, how bout you all?

intersting story, so theres a lot of abandoned cars here and one is a chevy sonic, 2012, that i was bored and since it had the key in the ignition tried firing it up and it ran rofl.
now to contact the owner and see if they still want it or whatever.

no, just ran the engine. was mostly curious. its in no shape to move anyway, so going to contact the owner. as its been sitting for over two years. see what they want to do with the thing. if i dont get a response will just turn the key into the base to deal with

probably will end up just turning the key and papers over to people on base anyway but ill at least try to talk with the owner first lol. because otherwise the car will just… continue to sit there. and get infested by rodents even more than it is.

Now this is just retarded. They’ve been doing hardware revisions and official different models before but never with a known difference in performance - and at launch.
I can damn well see MS pricing the weaker one at the same price the XBO launched and adding $100 to the stronger one. And then the usual upgrade in a few years.
I don’t see a huge issue with this. its no different than an OEM releasing a PC with two different CPUs or say Nvidia having the RTX 2070/2080. Some will be more than happy with the performance of base model while others want to push highest frames possible. there giving consumers a choice and there’s a clear market for both consoles.
