is a few config tweaks you can do like making it run in opengl mode instead of directx, turning off half-assed shaders, etc

neat any idea where those are? haven’t used wine in years and the client is too messed up to do anything right now and can’t change display settings.

ah thats seems to have done the trick. its still sorta messy but tiles with i3 now and isn’t nearly as bad

uh so maybe it is bad then
WoW with the content up to Legion takes up ~40GB on my drive.
Thats pretty insane compared to classic, its only around 5GBs.

I guess a lot of it are textures. They did make it look much prettier over the years (although, there are still some hideous places that desperately need an update).
I mean, compare those two.
