My vaccine appointment has been scheduled
Im getting the single shot they say to expect 2-3 days of down time then i should be fine
The VA is scheduling people who get care at the va hospitals the vaccine asap i go there alot for blood work so its time
I had my first CoVID shot three days ago. It knocked me pretty well for the first 48 hours but feeling much better now with only thing being arm still hurts quite a bit if I move it but that’s msotly it. My 2nd shot is near the end of May though so have quite a bit to wait for the full course.
you gotta wait like 30days before its in ‘full effect’ still can get it and transmit though after
mostly just had assload of joint pain from both of mine, no fever or shortness breath or anything tho
You guys are already getting shots? Here it’s just a waiting list for the ordinary folks. Vaccinating the teachers, hospital staff, elderly people, etc is going slow.
And just recently a ton of people cancelled their entry to the list cause a nurse died after getting the vaccine, although a) I don’t think it was revealed which vaccine and b) if the vaccine played ANY role in the cause of death at all.
So far the government only tries to get people to get vaccinated by promising they’ll be able to “get back to their usual lives” with a Vaccination Pass (just like Israel does it).
I only got mine this early because I’m in an at risk group with being asthmatic
some guy had allergic reaction or somethin and got sick/died within couple hours after
they have a you have to wait 15min after get shot before you can leave and have to tell them if feel anything whatever
the one job is medical so had awhile ago been like 7weeks since first dose
I attend appointments at the va where i could be exposed or expose extreme risk people i get blood drawn all the time there and i have to have minor surgery soon to biopsy a skin weird thing which to them is high risk if i get cut or bleed at all
So i got thrown on the list
My jobs apparently offering a program for it. Dont know if i trust them to manage it
might upgrade my ram before gets too hard to get same model sticcs :X.
they got for 84.99 on newegg for the same ugly ripjaws 4 but in blacc instead of blue so i can have it be even more gross as blacc and blue
was also thinking of getting a new case, although i like space dumpster setup, but a bigger one with more 5.25s before they become not available might be nice 
i mean can get adapters to fit for front panel usb c and stuff that you cant do in new cases cause no damn spot to fit anything now

thas a pretty good amount of front panel connectors when you already have audio and other usbs available
was thinking thor v2 prolly :x dont want stupid fan controllers but have a soldering iron and stuff, and more work modding the case then, plugging mesh i dont want etc, but would pickup an extra 140mm fan in the bottom i think, 2 140s in top, 140 in the back(instead of 120s for top and back), probably could cram 2 120s in the front where it has the 230, so would pick up another set of intake+pusher, and the bottom fan
plus more 5.25s where currently all loaded up with blueray rom and the hdd cage taking up other 3, would get 2 more
otherwise looks pretty similar beetle shell top and stuff, but also on sale on newegg so would be like 200$ total

felt like when had wisdom teeth removed both times(likes when the vicodin didnt seem to do much so never took after first one and was sore for day-2) like jaw sore bunch
second time was bunch more knees for some reason but only for like 12~16hrs

Its vga so i am gonna get a type c adapter and use the m1 with it for shits and giggles
I need a direct adapter the hdmi to vga is making it funky
Otherwise its a nice diamtron vga
And has that grungy computer lab smell
Why do I have to look stuff like that up? Why isn’t there a manual for shortcuts, commands, neat and useful in general that comes with every version of Windows?
Ever had a directory with tons of stuff (like a movie folder) that you want to make a list of?
With potentially hundreds of folders/files that would take forever.
BUT: Windows has this really neat command that does it for you in not even a second.
dir > textfilename.txt just go to the directory you want to do this with, Alt+D, cmd + Enter, then the command and BOOM the file is instantly in the folder. Lists the drive and its serial number, directory path, creation date of the content and what folders/files are inside.
How did I not know about this? Why do I have to look this shit up on the interwebz and not in a manual provided by Microsoft?

in linux you could do stuff like
ls | grep "*.mp4" > mp4list.txt
to get a list of mp4s in that directory
ss64.com has pretty good list of basic commands for multiple operating systems, but dunno a good resource for scripting/shell trick stuff

The dir command is still a hold over in the Windows commandline from the DOS days and it works and looks almost exactly as it did back then.
