Mine does that occasionally. Our old plan was just 25mb, then after a few years they increased it to 50mb and before we got a different plan it was 75mb without us ever asking for it, only found out when they “dismantled” the old plan (removing the free upgrades first, then increasing it to the new speeds). New plan is 125 down, 12.5 up.

The highest you can get from my ISP is 200/20 (which is weird cause I could swear the highest was 300/30 a few months ago).
One ISP offers up to 10Gigabit but has no prices on the website.
Yeah, probably.
Meanwhile my ISP apparently said last year that “currently there is no need/demand/requirement for gigabit” -_-

and good morning. 
Despite every single desktop or laptop manufactured in the last decade has had the capability. That’s the main reason it pisses me off. It would have annoyed me less if they’d said that back in 2004 because most consumers only had 10/100 ethernet back then, but now literally everyone has at least 1 gigabit NIC in their machine.

started the day off with 1 person who brought in 4 additional. Her “children’s” returns…
Her “children” are all grown-ass adults. The youngest was 5 years older than me. And they all make decent money. Since they weren’t here I couldn’t do the 3rd one put on my desk so I lost out on the most expensive return of the bunch because mommy can’t cut the damn cord.

Half the problems in my extended family are directly because grandma can’t live without having all of her little duckies nearby. It’s hilarious fun to watch when it doesn’t affect you that much.
Windows is done updating finally… Aaaand there’s nothing installed on the 2400G system. Not even Steam. Lolrip. Yay for downloading things over the next few hours. (gpu is just a GTX 950 i am using to update the system still havent taken it out yet.)

Just took the pre-assessment for a course, passed it on first attempt. Going to see if I can go ahead and get a pass for it.

woo for 200gb+ to download, just in steam games 
but i mean i have a 4tb hdd on this system so it’s not like thats an issue
sometimes the post shows up and they do packages at a different time. like the USPS here does all packages after they’ve done the normal mail run which is kind-of odd but also makes sense i guess?

also woot. my 60% keyboard parts should arrive tomorrow, they are in illinois currently. hot swappable switches and presoldered everything FTW, lol.

i do but they all are in systems already lol
and my 1800x system currently is my router until i mover everything downstairs so that’s literally the only reason i have not taken it apart yet
