I’m not sure, maybe its just something with the automated delivery system getting it wrong or a requirement via the delivery service? Now here almost every package sold directly via Amazon goes through Amazon Delivery which never no matter what requires a signature.

I had to do this the last time my internet broke and it really confused the person on the phone, they kept telling me to reset the wireless on the router and had to explain to them I had my own hardware and the problem was with the exchange and not on my end. took them ages to put me through to somebody who knew what they were doing.

I got lucky the last time and got someone who knew what the fuck they were talking about it. Told them what was wrong, they did some things on their end and we came to the conclusion that the router was broken. He marked it as broken in the system and all i had todo was walk into a store and exchange it. whole call was less than 3 minutes XD. was on hold for longer
